Salted Butter 1 lb.
Lime Juice 2 tbps.
Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Ground Red Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp.
Chopped Shallots 4 tbsp.
Veal Glaze 2 tsp.
Chopped Cilantro 4 tbsp.
Salt 3/4 tsp.

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a blender, whip the butter.
