Sachi Ratvongsa

Sachie grew up cooking with her grandfather, an avid home cook and with Chef Tony Lagana. Before culinary school Sachie attended over 100 culinary classes covering all types of cooking. She’s had cooking positions, Cafe de Paris, Cowfish, Mitsukoshi, and was a trainer at Panera. Since joining culinary Systems since 2019, Sachie has been responsible for the development and introduction of many products on the national stage.
